Our pieces are crafted with high-quality materials like sterling silver or 14k gold for durability and style. This policy outlines our terms to ensure a positive experience for all customers. By purchasing or receiving our services, you agree to these terms. Consent and Liability Waiver to be signed before appointment. Permanent jewelry is welded directly onto your body using a safe, low-heat pulse arc welder. While we prioritize safety, there are inherent risks involved, including but not limited to: • Allergic reactions to metals (we recommend disclosing any known allergies beforehand). • Potential for the jewelry to snag, stretch, bend, or break during daily activities, which could cause injury if not handled carefully. • Discoloration, tarnishing, or wear over time due to exposure to chemicals, water, or physical stress. We do not weld jewelry on children under 10 years old, pregnant women or anyone unable to provide informed consent. Necklaces are not offered as permanent pieces due to safety concerns. Clasps are also available for a non permanent option. By signing our consent form at the time of service, you: • Acknowledge understanding these risks. • Release Linked by Liv from liability for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the jewelry or its removal. • Agree to follow our care instructions to minimize risks. • Grant permission for photos or videos of the process (with option to opt out). If you experience issues, contact us immediately. We reserve the right to refuse service if safety concerns arise. Refund and Return Policy Due to the custom, permanent nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the piece is welded on. However: • If there’s a manufacturing defect (e.g., faulty weld) discovered within 7 days of purchase, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost. • Cancellations: Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full deposit refund. No-shows or last-minute cancellations forfeit the deposit. • If you choose to remove the jewelry yourself (e.g., by cutting it), we offer re-welding services for a fee of $25 provided the original chain is intact. Please inspect your piece before welding to ensure satisfaction with fit, style, and material. Warranty Policy We stand behind our craftsmanship with a limited warranty: • Welds are guaranteed for 90 days against breakage due to defects. If the weld fails under normal wear, we’ll re-weld for free. • Chains and materials are under warranty for 6 months against manufacturing flaws (not normal wear, tarnish, or damage from misuse). • Exclusions: Damage from exposure to chemicals (e.g., chlorine, lotions, hairspray), physical stress (e.g., snags during sports or manual labor), or improper care voids the warranty. For added protection, we recommend lightweight chains that can break safely under extreme stress. Privacy Policy We respect your privacy. Personal information collected (e.g., name, contact details, allergies) is used solely for booking, service, and follow-up. We do not share data with third parties except as required by law. You can request access or deletion of your info by request.
